Exhausted from sleeping
I bought this to improve my sleep; however, my mood hasn't changed significantly. Contrary to the reviews indicating miraculous effects, my sleep has actually worsened since taking these tablets. I plan to give it a few more days, but if there's no improvement, I will discontinue use as I am utterly exhausted from not sleeping well.
